We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Because each item is made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.

If your item arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at authorsharontrammell@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

 

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

Books, apparel, and other made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as sizing, color preference, or change of mind.
